We recently moved our office from one South Jersey location to another. We started with Robert coming to our location to start to plan out the procedure. Robert’s communication was clear and professional. During the prep for the move we were able to make changes that were accommodated. The team arrived on time and with positive, professional attitudes on day of the move. The team was very efficient and handled the items with care. After loading at our location they quickly arrived at our new office. They maintained their great attitudes even while dealing with one working elevator that was small. All items delivered without damage and placed where requested. They made the day stress free from the move aspect. If you need a mover, call Robert.
Move went extremely well. The gentlemen were very diligent and careful with our belongings. After signing off we were told that we were billed for 8hrs but it only took 6 hours. We would receive a credit of $672.75 to our charge card.
I felt that the office staff could have informed me better about what to expect, as I needed to keep on calling for clarification. But to their credit, each of the several people I spoke to always called me back, and when one couldn't answer my question, referred me to someone else to call. The BEST was when Delivery Day was approaching, they set up contact between the driver and me so that we were able to narrow down a 6-day "delivery spread" to within minutes of the Big Orange Truck's arrival. Compliments to the driver and his team who traveled with our goods from the warehouse to our new "hometown." Frank, Jesse, and Joe worked smoothly and efficiently to unload our possessions from the truck into the designated space. MOST impressive was how driver Frank navigated that huge orange 18-wheeler around what looked like impossibly tight corners and narrow driveways, but he finessed it. Bravo, Frank!
Pros: The loading team worked well together. The packing and loading was done in a timely manner. The unloading was done well too. Con: Virtually none of the 145 boxes moved were marked as to what room they came from. I now have 145 boxes with no idea of their contents because the room in which they were packed was not noted on the boxes. Poor.
The process from the estimate to the movers, made me feel very comfortable. Travis & his team, moved my items from a condo to a house and the attention to care of my items was awesome. Communication was awesome. I have moved 4 times in the last 6 years and these movers were by far, the best. Since I moved my items out one day & delivered 2 days later, I made sure I got Travis & his team back. Would highly recommend them.
Our experience with Simonik began with Chris’ in-person consultation to estimate the weight and cost, a meeting which was totally more satisfactory than the phone and virtual experiences with other companies. When Robin and Saleem arrived on Packing Day, I confided that I was nervous about the process, but they reassured us with, “That’s why we’re here, so YOU don’t have to worry.” When the big orange truck pulled into view on Loading Day, the emotions we’d managed for weeks to keep in check finally surfaced, so by the time Bubba, BJ, and Tyrone reached the front door, they greeted a tearfully apologetic homeowner. But as was the packing team, they were calm, professional, and efficient. We were grateful to be in good hands, and we have every reason to expect the same when our “stuff” leaves storage and is shipped to our new hometown.
We had a great experience with our move. The crew assigned to us, Travis, Makai, Gerald and Darnell did a great job. They were careful and efficient and just as importantly, were friendly, courteous and took all the stress out of the move for my wife and I. As our furniture was placed into storage, we require a 2nd move and have requested them again as they were wonderful.

We had some anxiety over the move but when your team came and started working, we finally knew, we were in great hands. Thank you so very much for your help. Simonik helped me move some of my elderly parents furniture to storage last week. I can't thank or praise them enough to make it an accurate portrayal of my gratitude. Travis & Mekhi were efficient, supportive, innovative and most importantly, kind. My parents suffer with severe dementia and depression so the state of their apartment is overwhelming for most. I let Travis and Mekhi know the situation so that when I'd spontaneously burst into tears, they'd know it wasn't related to the move. They were so empathetic and kept me smiling and sane through a very emotional day. They even conversed with my 75 year old father, asking HIM for his knowledge of how to disassemble some of the older pieces. Most people dismiss people like my Dad. Not only did they include him in the process, they gave him the respect and kindness he needed on a very difficult day. My father was on cloud 9 that these two gentlemen talked to him because it had been so long since someone apart from me cared what he had to say. He felt useful for the first time in a long time. Delivery to storage was great as well. Everything was compacted well into a small area so that I could just rest after and process emotions. Travis & Mekhi did a heck of a lot more than move furniture. They moved hearts and carried them with the utmost care. I can't imagine myself using or recommending any other movers in the future. This is truly a moving company that cares about the quality of the services they provide. The sales team, the move coordinators, and the moving crew could not have been more responsive and professional. I can not say enough positive things about the guys that performed our moves. They were on time, polite, hard-working, careful, and all possessed that “do whatever it takes” attitude! We had a few large challenging pieces that needed to be moved through some small spaces. They talked it through and came up with some well-thought-out solutions to the challenges. The men under the leadership of their crew supervisor, EZ, were simply awesome! As unpleasant as moving can be, the team at Simonik made it easy and stress-free. We are hoping to never move again but will definitely be referring Simonik Transportation & Warehousing Group to all of our friends and family
