The movers were great as was Diane who was our first point of contact and remained available to us throughout the entire process. She was great with her follow up calls and assisted us with all of our requests. My only issue with this company is with their accounting department. It's been more than 3 weeks since we moved and, despite 3 phone calls to request the refund due to me from an over-estimation of the actual moving hours, I have not received my refund. Since it is a significant amount of money that is owed to me I am truly hesitant to recommend this company despite the great moving job they did as it is unethical to withhold what is rightfully mine. Based on my experience I would say only use this company if you are able to pay cash upon completion of services provided.
