Move went well but some damage
While the move itself went well, the aftermath was terrible. I purchased insurance for the damaged items, and because I could not provide receipts, my claim was denied. I sent photos of the items but that was not good enough. Things get damaged during a move, that is a given. Just sad that they actually charge for insurance under which you will not be paid unless you happen to keep receipts for all your purchases.
