The first quarter of 2012 was a huge success for Simonik Transportation & Warehousing, a New Jersey moving company that also services Philadelphia. All 33 responses from our Move Performance Reports earned a perfect 5.0 rating! These reports are given to each local customer at the completion of their move to fill out and mail back to us in a self-addressed envelope. The responses help us to obtain an overall quality rating for the quarter, as well as to issue bonuses to crew members whose name appeared on the "Top 10" reports. It was difficult to choose the "Top 10" reports this quarter; however, for the first quarter Dan Evans (driver) and Tony Harris (helper) were the leaders. This new program also helped contribute to our online reviews, as we received two new Fetch reviews during the first quarter. Visit our Testimonials page to see the “Top 10” !
The movers in New Jersey and Philadelphia keep on rolling out top-rated moves on the Allied side too. A 4.68 cumulative rating was achieved during the first quarter. With 43 responses, our high ranking team members are as follows: Sue Lynch with a 5.0 customer service rating; Warren Walters, Louis Acevedo, Paul Schraff Sr., Paul Schraff Jr. and Steve Russo all received 5.0 driver ratings!
Realtors can Help Choose a Reputable Mover
On April 10, Robert B. Kandetzke, president of Simonik Transportation & Warehousing, and Matthew Contrady, a Simonik sales consultant, met with Long & Foster Realtors in Moorestown, N.J. to explain to their agents the benefits of referring a reputable mover. Long & Foster work with high-end clients in Moorestown, N.J., which was voted as the "# 1" best town to live in the United States in 2010.
The presentation was conducted in front of the office manager and about thirty of her agents. In it, a discussion evolved about how realtors need to inform their clients not to hire movers over the internet that do not offer in-home estimates. Only licensed, reputable movers should be considered to move their clients.
We hope our information was helpful to the realtors, and as always if you have any questions about moving, please feel free to contact the New Jersey and Philadelphia moving company at 888.658.5666.
