This is a culmination of more than 100 surveys completed in 2015, with survey data evaluated quarterly, on a ratings scale of 0 - 5 points (indicating Unsatisfactory, Poor, Fair, Good and Excellent service). 100% of responses were in the Excellent to Good range, with the vast majority of which being Excellent reviews. While our quality score varied each quarter, we’ve never fallen out of this top tier of service excellence.

Company Recognition for Excellent Moving and Storage

The program works by doing evaluations at the end of each quarter, and the Simonik team reviews the Move Performance Reports that are received from customers during that specific quarter. After picking the “Top 10” reports, we announce the winners – giving special recognition to individual team members who went above-and-beyond to continually raise the bar for superior quality!
